Our frontline staff will share their experiences with experiencing domestic violence in its many shapes and forms.

WDVCAS – Who we are and what we do?

30 minute presentation

Working closely with NSW Police, our Women’s Domestic Violence and Court Advocacy Service (WDVCAS) provide valuable support across the New England and Oxley Police District.

Hairdressers & Beauticians: Recognise, Respond and Refer

1 hour presentation

Learn how to recognise and respond to signs of domestic violence.

Staying Home Leaving Violence (SHLV)

30 minute presentation

SHLV supports women to stay safely in their home following separation from a violent partner.

Playgroup (0 to 5 years)

2 hour session

Bring the kids to come and enjoy some family friend activities with our HIPPY Playgroup.

Ins and outs of AVOs (North North West Community Legal Services)

1 hour presentation

North Northwest Community Legal Services will talk about how an AVO works.

A supportive and informative group for women who have experienced Family Domestic violence in their lives.
