Suitable for primary and high school kids

A Holistic programme which works on building self-confidence, self-respect and self-reflection through the physicality of martial arts training. Rock and Water has shown to decrease bullying and feelings of depression, as well as increase self-esteem, self-regulation and social acceptance.
